A Packaging Power Play:
We're on a mission to make our packaging as good for the planet as it is for our customers. We achieved a successful nationwide launch in Sam's Club and Costco, two giants of the retail world, and generated $500k in revenue.
From Idea to Reality:
I led the entire product development lifecycle, from that initial spark of an idea all the way through to go-to-market execution utilizing our new product development process.
Feature Focus and Friendly Vendors:
I directed feature prioritization, making sure our packaging was both sustainable and practical for our customers and consumers. And, of course, this project took really close collaboration with outside packaging vendor partners, taking several product iterations to finally get to one that satisfied market requirements.
Crafting the Packaging Story:
Finally, the finishing touches. I crafted the product positioning and naming, making sure it resonated with our target audience. I also dove deep into competitive analysis, seeing what everyone else was doing. And, of course, I led the development of all the messaging for our external communications, making sure our sustainable story was heard loud and clear.
Post-Launch Analysis
I led the analysis of pilot program data across key stakeholders. Findings, such as consumer feedback on packaging aesthetics and functionality, informed product development and strategy, ultimately contributing to the development of a more sustainable and successful packaging solution for the market.
