Our goal was clear: to not just introduce a product, but to establish a commanding presence in a competitive market. We knew we had a premium portfolio, but we needed a way to showcase its breadth and quality. This led to the creation of the "Try All Three" campaign, a strategic initiative designed to highlight our offerings and solidify our position as a leader in the field.

A crucial element of the "Try All Three" campaign was crafting compelling messaging that resonated with consumers. My role was central to this process. I collaborated closely with R&D to establish key product descriptors that would be used throughout the campaign. Furthermore, I provided the marketing team with comprehensive product positioning guidance, outlining how each product could be effectively communicated to the market. This included detailed information on product availability, volume, and growing regions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.
Amplifying the Message: Influencer Partnerships
To extend our reach and build credibility, we designed and executed a strategic influencer program. This wasn't a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. We hand-selected influencers whose audiences aligned with our target demographic. We developed personalized gifting strategies and crafted key messages that resonated with both the influencers and their followers. This authentic approach amplified our brand reach and generated genuine excitement around our products.
